Broadband Program Administrator
Caroline Luxhoj joined CIT in 2010 and has been dedicated to the expansion and adoption of broadband in Virginia ever since. In her role as Broadband Program Administrator, Caroline works closely with a variety of stakeholders including: federal, state and local elected officials, agencies, associations, broadband providers, and citizens, to seek and implement solutions to Virginia’s broadband challenges. Caroline specializes in project management, communications and public policy. Caroline is a proud Hokie having graduated from Virginia Tech where she double majored in communications and psychology, and was a member of Virginia Tech’s World Series softball team.
