VHIT Affiliate Vendor Program
Join Virginia HIT (VHIT) as an Affiliate EHR Vendor.
To ensure that Virginia providers can choose from a wide range of health IT options, VHIT has opened its Affiliate EHR Vendor application process.
Our requirements include current ONC ATCB 2011/2012 certification, a Meaningful Use guarantee, a product portfolio that includes at least one SaaS/ASP solution that is at least one year old, an integrated practice management system and a patient portal.
If your company offers a product that meets these specifications and you would like to apply to become a VHIT Affiliate EHR Vendor, please complete the form below. This will allow CIT to perform an initial analysis of your application.
After you submit the form, a member of the CIT vendor selection staff will contact you to confirm receipt and request additional information to ensure a thorough and objective review. This review will include an assessment of your company’s financial strength and its market presence in Virginia.
If your company is selected, it will be listed on the VHIT website and authorized to identify itself as a VHIT Affiliate EHR Vendor. All affiliate vendors make an equivalent, annual co-investment in VHIT. This financial support will help us give participating providers secure, online access to practice-specific data about their progress toward meaningful use.
The current application period is open through March 15, 2011. We encourage your prompt response and thank you for your interest in joining with us to help Virginia providers attain meaningful use.
