This popular, one day annaul advanced forum is split into two parts – a morning session provides overview on concepts and strategies to help any SBIR/STTR award winner plan their Phase II and Phase III strategies more effectively. SBIR/STTR agencies will also provide a quick overview of their advanced programs that award recipients need to be aware of. The afternoon session focuses on specific transition strategies and programs available to move SBIR/STTR and any other federal R&D projects forward – including FAST Track bids, earmark funding, M&A concepts & other ways to receive value from your IP, and special funding dedicated to assisting with the transition of technology into DoD.
Dedicated networking times will allow attendees the chance to meet with agency and industry reps. Attendees should bring a short, one page company/project overview to facilitate discussions. Be prepared to give a short elevator pitch.
