CIT Mourns the Loss of Dr. John B. Noftsinger, Jr.

The Center for Innovative Technology (CIT) reported today, with great sadness, the sudden passing of Dr. John B. Noftsinger, Jr., Vice Provost for Research and Public Service at James Madison University (JMU). In addition to his position at JMU, Dr. Noftsinger supported the establishment of a statewide strategic planning Roadmap for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
