CIT Recognized by Virginia Bio for Outstanding Contributions to Bioscience within the Commonwealth

On Thursday, May 2, Virginia Bio, the premier statewide non-profit trade association representing the life sciences industry in the Commonwealth of Virginia, will recognize 20 exemplary contributions to bioscience research and commercialization as part of the organization’s 20th anniversary celebration.

Lewis and Clark Pharmaceuticals Receives Additional Investment from CIT

The Center for Innovative Technology (CIT) finalized a second $100,000 investment in Charlottesville, VA- based Lewis and Clark Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Lewis and Clark) on April 3, 2013. This second tranche follows an initial $100,000 CIT GAP fund investment in Lewis and Clark in November of 2012 and was contingent upon the achievement of several scientific and financial milestones outlined by CIT.
