Rona Jobe
Senior Research Consultant
Rona Jobe joined CIT in 2010 as part of the Connect team. As a Senior Research Consultant, Rona specializes in technology and policy/program research in the areas of Health IT, education, social media, and web 2.0. She has helped clients in implementing new technologies and programs by providing research and recommendations, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining CIT in 2010, Rona worked as an analyst on a project for the Department of Defense, designing and executing research methodologies as well as managing/analyzing research data.
Rona graduated from the University of California, Berkeley and has previously worked in the Washington DC metro area as a policy analyst for organizations working on education and homeland security policies and research. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy degree from the George Mason University with an emphasis on research methodologies and science and technology policy.
