Carole Ottenheimer
Senior Research Consultant
Carole Ottenheimer joined CIT in 2006. As a consultant on the CIT Connect team, Carole provides management and technology consulting services to state and federal clients, specializing in the education, healthcare, and defense sectors. She assists clients in implementing new technologies, processes and programs by providing research and recommendations, online and social media strategies, as well as engaging stakeholders and online communities and networks.
Prior to joining CIT, Carole worked at the University of Maryland where she worked on a number of epidemiological studies related to health and health consequences associated with the aging process. She is an amateur genealogist and enjoys photography, reading and creative writing.
