Join the Commonwealth Advanced Data Analytics Alliance
CADAA is currently in the formation stage. During this stage, participation is voluntary and there is no required membership fee.
To Join, an organization agrees to let CADAA use the organization logo on the CADAA web page, provide links to the organization’s material on data analytics activities, and provide a paragraph of summary text that we can use directly on the CADAA page (www.covanalytics.org).
Member organizations acknowledge the following interim Governance structure:
o Overall CADAA decisions are made by a Steering Committee consisting of the Deputy Secretary of Technology and designated representatives from CIT and from the Big Data and Analytics Subcommittee of NVTC. Interactions with the Commonwealth Executive branch related to CADAA will be addressed through the Deputy Secretary.
o One goal of CADAA is to provide a focal point for various projects of wide interest. Members may suggest projects at any time to the Steering Committee; once a project is recognized by CADAA, a project execution team will be agreed to provide direct leadership for project execution.
o CADAA will seek to provide project support of various kinds, including help in forming project teams and support from the Commonwealth as agreed for specific activities. There are currently no financial resources available through CADAA.
o CADAA currently does not have any associated legal or contractual agreements such as Intellectual Property or Non-Disclosure Agreements. Members need to protect their own interests in these areas until such time as umbrella agreements are established, particularly as may be relevant for specific projects.
Members agree on a voluntary basis to support the evolution of CADAA and provide inputs as more formal organizational components are established
