Rent for Conferences, Events and Meetings

Nestled in a park-like setting, the CIT Complex accommodates large conferences including vendor and booth space, indoor and outdoor events, classroom/training environments, cocktail parties and small meetings. • Auditorium provides stadium seating for up to 130 guests.
• Atrium is able to accommodate up to 250 guests.  Glass enclosed.
• Briefing Room provides seating for up to 50 guests.
• Classrooms I and II are able to accommodate up to 50 guests.  The room/s can be configured as one 1,000 square foot room or two 500 square foot rooms, both have floor to ceiling windows.
• Courtyard is able to accommodate 25 guests.  
• Café is able to accommodate 125 guests. Floor to ceiling windows.
