Rona Jobe graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a double major in Political Science and Legal Studies. Shortly after graduating, Ms. Jobe moved from her home state of California and began work in Washington DC as a policy analyst for non-profit organizations working on education and homeland security policies.

Shortly before joining CIT in 2010, Ms. Jobe worked as an analyst/data manager for Turtle Reef Holdings, a Virginia-based DoD contracting firm, designing and executing research methodologies and managing/analyzing survey and research data. As a CIT Senior Research Analyst, Ms. Jobe works on best practices research projects, vendor analysis, market trends, and education infrastructure research.

Ms. Jobe is currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy degree from the George Mason University with an emphasis on statistical methods/research methodologies and science and technology policy. Her hobbies include photography, playing musical instruments, and enjoying different cuisines.
