Jennifer Hiltwine joined the CIT team in 2010 as a Program Assistant in CIT R&D. Ms. Hiltwine primarily supports the development and delivery of the Innovation Index project, providing support for the regional technology councils and facilitating associated research and report activity. In addition, Ms. Hiltwine also assists with other R&D programs and provides support for government/public relations activities including tracking federal and state legislation and preparing news releases.

 

Ms. Hiltwine is a 2009 graduate from Elon University in North Carolina where she majored in English Literature and minored in Professional Writing and Sociology. After graduation, Ms. Hiltwine moved back home to Northern Virginia and began working at a small technology company in Reston until starting with CIT.
