As the Director of Consulting Services, Mr. Agarwal is responsible for leading and managing CIT Connect’s customer engagements.  Mr. Agarwal has extensive experience in information technology research, mobile technologies, information security, and program management.  He has conducted market trending and vendor analysis to identify emerging technologies and recommended client strategies in the fields of personal / handheld devices, mobile cellular phones, multi-function devices and Smart cards / Identity Management. 

Mr. Agarwal has over 15 years of technology expertise helping governments, Fortune 500 companies and start-up ventures develop and improve their operations and business strategies by providing business planning, creating and implementing marketing plans, and recommending joint development partnerships.

Prior to joining CIT, Mr. Agarwal worked at INPUT, where he managed the Information Security Analysis program and became widely recognized as an expert in the federal government’s information security market and requirements. Mr. Agarwal's previous employers include Fannie Mae and OneSoft Corporation. He was also at Giga Information Group conducting market/industry analysis, competitor analysis, and building market entry strategies for major IT companies.
Mr. Agarwal holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island and M.S. in Business Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
