An act to amend and reenact § 2.2-2514 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Virginia Research and Technology Advisory Commission, specifically, its membership. The bill increased the number of Commission members to 29 by adding the following ex officio members with voting power. The bill also reduced the number of Commission members appointed by the legislature and the governor from 20 to 12.
