The submission of pre-proposals for the second round of funding from the Commonwealth Technology Research Fund (CTRF), originally slated for April 27, 2001, has been moved back to June 15, 2001. This action is being taken due to the uncertainty of budget negotiations continuing in the General Assembly, and the possibility that funding for the CTRF may be affected.

Rather than have applicants submit pre-proposals for funding that may or may not be available, we have delayed the process until there is more certainty regarding whether funding for a second round of awards will be available.
