Tom Markarian is a manager of Advanced Technology Programs within the Raytheon Corporate Business Development team in Rosslyn, VA.  In this role, Tom supports new business initiatives with the Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA), Office of Naval Research (ONR) and other science and technology customers.  In addition, he helps establish partnerships with Raytheon and small businesses via the SBIR/STTR program and other venues.  Tom’s previous assignments with Raytheon included various roles as a systems engineer in Tucson, AZ and Dallas, TX.  Tom obtained a BS in Electrical Engineering from California State University, Fresno and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Southern Methodist University.
